For international arrival passengers
When passengers disembark from the plane, they will be inspected by international disease control officers using two different systems: the COE (Certificate of Entry), a document check, and the Thailand Pass, a QR code scan.

A thermo scan has been installed to monitor temperature. If the passenger’s body temperature exceeds 37.3 degrees Celsius or meets the PUI criteria, the disease control officer will deny such passengers passage in accordance with Ministry of Public Health regulations.

However, if the temperature does not rise above 37.3 degrees Celsius, the immigration process can begin. Passengers collect their luggage at the baggage claim belt after completing the immigration process. then proceed through customs.

If no baggage needs to be declared to customs, staff will direct the passenger to the hotel’s representatives at the designated area and direct the passenger to the destination hotel for additional RT-PCR testing.

For outbound passenger transportation
Suvarnabhumi Airport has installed temperature screening points with thermo scanners at the terminal building’s entrance.

If the temperature exceeds 37.3 degrees Celsius, the passenger or service user will be denied access to the service.

Please inquire about the necessary documents that passengers will need during their journey at the province or country of destination, as well as the airline you use.
