Preparing yourself for a health check-up program
1. Do not eat or drink anything for at least 9 hours prior to check-up (except plain water and current medications).
2. Please get enough rest before check-up.
3. Please avoid alcoholic beverages at least 1 week before check-up.
4. Stool and urine samples will be collected on the day of examination (For women, urine tests cannot be executed during menstruation).
5. If you have a pre-existing medical condition, please bring along any test results or reports you have for the doctor to review.
